Position: Stockiest Field Engineer / Sales Engineer
Qualification required: Any B.E/ B.Tech/ Diploma (Mechanical, Production and Metallurgy)
Experience required: Min 0.6 - 2 yrs

INTERVIEWS TO BE CONDUCTED ON 15th OCTOBER IN VADODARA
Job Profile:
* Acting as an consultant to customer for developing welding maintenance and repair applications and solutions
* Analyzing business potential & executing strategies to drive sales augment turnover & achieve targets
* Developing business in new market segments in the assigned territory by delivering application based solutions
* Business Analysis by segment wise, product wise, customer wise to identify the loop holes and formulate necessary strategies
* Building relationships with customers by assisting techno - economical choice of products & turnkey solutions
* Dealing with techno- commercial aspects of contracts and preparing tenders
* Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends
* Networking and managing business partners by giving technical support and training to enhance sales through channels
PRE REQUISITIES
* Candidate should have completed the Diploma/BE graduation within 3 & 4 years respectively.
* Minimum aggregate of 60% required.
* Should not be having more than 2 Backlogs/Arrears overall.
* Should be flexible to relocate and travel.
* Should possess driving license.
* Candidate will have to sign bond for two years, Value of bond will be Rs 200000/-
* Good communication (It is absolutely must)
* Confident
* Clarity of thoughts
* Ability to communicate the thoughts clearly
* Smart & presentable
* Technical knowledge
* Flair for technology
